 Safeguarding in Milton Keynes

If you have a concern about an adult at risk of abuse and they are in immediate danger you should first notify the relevant emergency services by ringing 999.

If the adult you are concerned about is not in immediate danger you should report your concern using the
SABR1 Alert Form  found on the council website under “safeguarding”.

Please complete and submit the form by following the instructions on each of its sections. If you cannot submit the SABR1 electronically contact:

If you are making a referral regarding safeguarding adults you need to contact the ASCAT team on the contact details given below. For out of hours safeguarding adults referrals please contact the Emergency Social Work Team also listed below.
